pernah tak korang terasa dengan family members korang?
i bet, semua pernah kan?
so when korang terasa hati and marah dengan ahli keluarga korang
especially parents korang
what would you do
kadang-kadang memang obvious lah benda tu memang bukan salah korang
or maybe time tu family member korang tu tengah emosi sikit
i say kadang-kadang ehh
mostly kalau ada salah faham like this
it's both of you, not one side only
dulu kecik-kecik bila mak ayah tegur
mulalah meleleh-leleh air mata, air hidung semua
bila remaja-remaja sikit
kalau kena tegur mulalah nak tarik muncung sejengkal
tak pun kurung diri dalam bilik tak mau makan
bila dah jadi 'adult' apa yang kita selalu buat kalau benda macam ni jadi?
as for me, i think ada difference between an adult and a mature adult
seorang yang adult semata-mata akan cepat ajaa reaction diorang ni
bajet macam 'ahh, aku dah besar, tak payah lah nak tegur macam budak kecik lagi'
but a mature adult akan react dengan cara yang lebih baik and berkesan
step by step
a. tarik nafas dalam-dalam
b. say sorry
c. then tarik nafas again and think positive
d. and then fikir apa benda paling happy dia pernah alami dengan orang yang dia dok berasap tu
e. senyum
f. and perasaan marah tu akan hilang
idk, kalau cara ni tak berkesan bagi korang
as for me, i dah try a few times and it worked #ecehbajetmaturedlahnih
not only with my mum, dad, siblings, also my friends
