Hello guys!
Recently, I was given a chance to try out an antioxidant hotbed therapy thanks to The Butterfly Malaysia and Worthy Book. It was so awesome I actually went again the next weekend after that first session with my little brother and my cousin.

The hotbed therapy uses a special enzyme that comes from a remote mountainous region in Hokkaido, Japan and by using proprietary technologies Ecoparadise infuses the enzyme into everyday materials like plastics, metals and ceramics. The material that has been infused with the enzyme is then used to build Ecoparadise's saunas.
The hotbed therapy helps to improve overall health and well being through the use of antioxidant enriched air and heat shock therapy. Antioxidant will negate excessive free radicals which is the cause for problems like insomnia, asthma, cancer, diabetes and many more.
The room temperature for the sauna is set between 42-45 degree celcius by using hot water circulations. The duration for one session is between 30 to 40 minutes.

The nail inside white clean bottle haven't rust at all after been soaked with the enzyme. The rusty water is the nail without enzyme soaked in it. It's been soaked since 2008!! |

Getting ready to change into sauna cloth. |
I'm super in love! I sometimes get a bit of insomnia therefore it's very hard for me to fall asleep. The first day I went for the therapy, I started feeling sleepy around 9PM which is very rare for night owl like me. The hotbed session also let me sweats off all the toxins in my body and I feel refreshed afterwards. My skin looks better right after it and I think it will get much better if I go there frequently. I also like the fact that I can have a long intimate chats with friends and family while we are inside the hot room.

Cooling down, feeling refreshed :D |
Oh I forgot to mention something! When we finished doing our hotbed session, we will have to cool down first before taking shower. There was this spacious resting room with plenty of comfortable chairs for us to relax, and we were also given an enzyme drink that it good for our health. It tasted like water from 'tapai' but I liked it. If you feel thirsty, there is also water provided inside the hotbed therapy room and outside at the common relaxing room. There were also green tea provided in the common room.
The rate is about RM70++ per session and it is advised for you to call for appointment especially on the weekends. The one that I went to is in The Garden Mall but they have other outlet which you can find out on their website www.ecoparadise.my.
Till next post, toodles~! ♥ミ
