The most exciting season for K-POP fans is here as the award fever is starting to engulf us all. Now the GDA has wrapped up, it's time to look forward to the comeback of one of the longest-running award ceremonies - the 32nd Seoul Music Awards coming to us this 19th January 2023.

Fangirl Anis is back. As some of you might have seen on my Instagram, I went to IU's first concert in Malaysia last December. To be completely honest, I didn't really want to go initially because the ticket was pricier than normal and I've also gone to the GFriend and D&E Concerts earlier in the same year. But well, I ended up purchasing it anyway because let's be real, it's IU! I've been listening to her since like forever and she is such a versatile musician, it would be such a shame if I missed it.

Annyeong, friends! It's been awhile since I last posted this kind of blog post so some of you might have never seen me sharing about them before. Although I am focusing my blog on beauty niche lately, this space has always been my personal space to share about everything I love, including fangirling moments. Anyway yeah, long and behold, my favourite people 'Super Junior' is now back with a new album! Gosh, can't believe I'm fangirling at this age but yeah, you gotta love what you love no matter how old you are 😜 By the way, I've decided to share updates about their comeback in this one post and update it from time to time as a tracking purpose. I just love reading all my 'old' fangirling posts from years ago and I think I should keep it up. *giggles* I'm pinning this post up at the moment, if you are looking for the latest post, do check the posts below  😘

I am a huge anime fan, especially when they are sentimental as heck. I used to hate it when people called me 'too emotional' or 'overly emphatic' but maturity has led me to the door of acceptance ❤ and I am not being denial about it anymore; in fact, I am kinda proud that I am very keen towards emotional changes in people. My philosophy in life these days is to treat others with kindness and understanding because no matter how high your status is in life, it'll do nothing in reflecting your life value as a human being if you lead it without a good heart. Anyway, my point is, I just love stories that teach good moral ethics to their viewers because it'll help them think, reflect and relate to the good values in them. 

If you and I are close enough, you would know that there are three major things that I'm really crazy about and wouldn't trade for anything; Super Junior, Harry Potter and Sailor Moon. I have less control over my impulse when it comes to these three. Sailor Moon for instance always reminds me of my childhood, Harry Potter of my teenager days while I fell in love with Super Junior as soon as I finished high school. They kinda represent my youth and even until now, I just love and can't get over them. Some might call me childish, immature, and that it's just a waste of time but I don't care anymore. I used to be extra conscious about what people say but nowadays, I've just decided to embrace the things that I love. I am good at that and I plan to keep on doing it.

When I first read the news of the movie adaptation of Andy Weir's best-selling novel The Martian, I got really excited . Like super ecstatic; especially since Matt Damon is the lead actor. We all know how great and sexy actor he is both at the same time. I love the novel story line to bits when I first listened to the audio version of it on Audible. Love it so much that I then reread the entire novel all over again soon after that, twice. I recommended the book to a fellow blogger Kak Puteri and she share the same opinion so we ended up going to watch the movie together too.

If you know me, you will definitely know that I am a huge anime fan. I might not look like it (a lot of people don't believe me when I say I love anime) but I have a list of anime I want to watch every new seasons of the year! Yes, anime in Japan are aired based on Winter, Spring, Summer, Autumn rotation and as an anime lover I always make sure my watching list is up to date. I did mentioned about this obsession of mine in a lot of my old posts. Most recently I talked about how much I wanted to go to the anime festival especially AnimeJapan2016. As an anime lover, loving the soundtracks from anime is a must! Honestly speaking, 90% of songs in my phone playlists are either something Korean or Japanese. There are a lot of amazing opening and ending songs in anime!

Oh my gosh. Remember when I share with you guys about the Kuala Lumpur International Comedy Festival 2015 in my post about two weeks ago? I finally got to watch two shows yesterday! I barely recover from a week long of fever and asthma (stupid haze effect) but I braced myself to go out because I didn't want to miss out on Ong Als last show here and also the Gala Night performance. I was right to force myself to go. They were all so freaking amazing!

What if one day you wake up and suddenly you're granted with a power that let you do absolutely anything; what would you wish for? Personally my wishes would be along the line of infinite wealth, great health maybe an ability to stay in my ideal weight forever (oh yes please) and to make my cat Leo be able to talk (just like how the main lead wished the same for his dog, LOL). It's definitely a matter of 'what if', and I am pretty once in awhile this kind of thought would pop into most of our minds.

It's a bit late but I would still want to wish you guys a 'Selamat Hari Raya'! How was it for you guys? As for me, I didn't travel back to my 'kampung' (mom's hometown) this year and celebrated the Eid in Kuala Lumpur instead because my grandma was here at that time. So, we had our small gathering at our aunt's house for the celebration.

Miss me? I've been missing in action for a few days because I was busy playing games with my brothers. That's why I tried to not start because once I start I tend to play for days (as in 24 hours is not enough sense) and it was even worse since this time it's Dota that I was playing. LOL! I might not look like it but I'm such a huge anime fan. I might have lost the exact count, but I'm pretty sure I've watched about two hundreds different anime up until today; be it a full series, movies, specials, OVAs (original video animation), and even ONA (original net anime). The numbers might be miniscule to other big shot otaku but I think its quite enough to make people look at me as an anime mania.

Watching anime is one of my favourite things to do. On those days where I don't feel like watching variety shows or do a Korean drama marathon, I would definitely be watching anime. Just like any other stories, I tend to REALLY hate sad ending stories and open ended one. But sometimes, even with the let down at the end of the series I just can't totally hate the anime for breaking my heart, or worse my ships.

Fast and Furious

I bet many of you have watched the long awaited Fast and Furious 7 movie already but I think there are still many who haven't got the chance to watch it yet either, you know since on last weekend the tickets for every showing was selling so fast like hotcakes. I'm the type who would actually buy my movie tickets on the day I want to watch it but for the sake of getting good seats, I even went to KLCC one day earlier to purchase them!
