As thoughts grow in time

life's social guide: guilt? to others? to yourself?

I actually have a tons of work to do
I have math logic test tomorrow which is going to cover ten chapters and i'm have only get through about half of it, then in the evening i have some practical in doing CPR and also two test for my Red Crescent Society Club. After that, I have to rush back home and complete my Information System group project assignment on my part and go out to get it printed. It's going to be a long, hectic and depressing day. Believe me.

I think I might have to do some reading on how to cope on stresses at school/ workplace
Maybe I should write something about it later.

But for now, I want to touch a little about one burdensome feelings that I hate the most in this whole universe
GUILT

Everyone must have their own personal guilt. Either it's a feeling towards others or to yourself.

Currently, I've been feeling guilty to some people and guilty to myself.
I rather not to talk about it since it's kinda embarrassing and I don't feel like sharing it to the public
Well, I don't think I'll share it with someone close to me either.
Yeah, that's my personality. I keep everything to myself. You can't change it.

As usual, I asked for some help for Mr.Google and I found this site.
There is an article that talk about guilt.

Here are some point that catches my eyes:

GUILT holds us back.

GUILT is a terrible thing.

GUILT is built on dishonesty.

If you are riddled with GUILT then you probably did something wrong.

If you live with a feeling of GUILT then you are punishing yourself.

If you offload your GUILT on other people then you are a dunce.

If you want to get over GUILT, then you have to be honest with yourself.

Honest about the reasons you feel GUILTY.

If you feel GUILTY because you did something wrong, then learn from the mistake, don’t do it again and move on.

If you feel GUILTY because you don’t want to do something you think you should, then grow up – work out whether you are being "GUILTED" into it, andif you are then man up / woman up and stand up for yourself, be honest with yourself and then be honest with the person who is "GUILTING" you into doing something you do not want to do.

GUILT is based on dishonesty, either dishonesty with yourself or dishonesty towards others.

If GUILT is effecting your life then you need to be more honest with yourself.

Only then will you overcome the GUILT.

Oh, I wonder why I weigh so much
I've been carrying this all these time?

Well, one thing for sure is Guilt brings Depression
So it's dangerous
So, manage your guilt so you will have a carefree life

Ohh I'm resuming my study
Aja-Aja Fighting!
