Here is a quick update for 2016 iftar from me as I am trying to not go to too much iftar buffet in order to control my diet but some are just too tempting for me to resist. *giggles* A lot of my friends mentioned Pullman Hotel as one of the best hotels to go for 'buka puasa' or iftar because they have such wide range of food selection so when I got invited, I just couldn't say no to this one.
The best part of iftar in Pullman KLCC this year is that you can try on Celebrity Chef Norman Musa signature dishes that are specially prepared for this Ramadhan! Chef Norman Musa is an award winning Malaysian-born chef who has been based in the UK and is also the official Kuala Lumpur food ambassador. His signature menus are authentic Malay dishes that comes with a little twist. These includes Rendang Beef Wellington, Rendang Scotch Eggs, Rack of Lamb with Water Parsley and Cheese, Beef Rendang Tok and Chicken Curry Capitan.

Pullman KLCC Berbuka with Chef Norman Musa is available from 6.30 PM-9.30PM. Private iftar session with selected menu available is also open for booking with price starting RM150 per person (min 50 pax).

I would say that trying Chef Norman Musa signature is the best part of this buffet Ramadhan. The dishes are just awesome. I'm especially in love with the Rendang Beef Wellington and the Lemongrass Roast Chicken! They ran out so fast and we even had to queue and wait for refills. Yummy!
